Cattrall was born 21 August 1956. She is an actress from the United Kingdom.
She is a British actress and Canadian actor. Her character as Samantha Jones in
HBO's Sex and the City (1998-04) is her most well-known role. She earned five
Emmy Award nominations and four Golden Globe Award nominees. In 2002, she won
the Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress. The actress reprised her role in
the films Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2010). Cattrall made
her film debut in Rosebud (1975) and continued to play several TV roles. With
films like Ticket To Heaven (1981), Police Academy (1984), Hold-Up (85) (also
known as City Limits(85), Big Trouble in Little China [86The Mannequin [86
Mannequin(1987), Mannequin (1987), Masquerade in 1988), Midnight Crossing in
1989 and The Return of the Musketeers in 1989, Cattrall became an international
star. Tribute (1980), Porky's (81), Turk 182(85) and Baby Geniuses (999) were
among the occasions where she was in the spotlight with Bob Clark. Other
credits include The Bonfire of the Vanities (1990), Star Trek VI The
Undiscovered Country (91), Split Second (1992), Above Suspicion (95) and 15
Minutes (192001).
